What we keep, and why.
This site asks for one thing — your email — and counts visits without cookies. Here is all of it, in plain words.

Who we are
Aurum: Deep Work is made by Intechnologies LLC. We decide what happens to the data on this page. Write to support@aurumdeepwork.com about anything here — a person reads it.
If you join the waitlist
We keep:
- your email address, plus a normalised copy of it (lowercase, without “+tags” or Gmail dots) that stops one inbox from taking several founding spots;
- when you joined, and so your place in the list;
- which form you used, and the visit you joined from (see below).
We use it for one thing: a single email on the day Aurum launches, with the download link — and, for the first 100 people, the code for their founding offer on Membership. Nothing else is sent, and the list is never sold, rented or shared.
Giving your address is optional; without it we simply can’t write to you. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, and we’ll delete your address.
To stop scripts from claiming founding spots, the server also counts sign-ups per connection for ten minutes. That count lives only in the server’s memory and is never saved.
When you visit this site
The site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies. When the page opens, it tells our own server:
- a random ID for this one visit;
-
the website that linked here (only its domain) and any campaign
tags in the link, such as
utm_source; - your country, as reported by our host, Cloudflare;
- your type of device, its operating system and — if you opened the link inside an app such as TikTok or Instagram — that app’s name, read from your browser’s user-agent string.
While you’re here it adds how long you stayed, how far you scrolled, which sections you reached and whether you tapped the email field.
To tell visits apart within a day, the server makes a code by hashing your IP address and browser together with the date and a secret value. Your IP address itself is never saved, and the code changes every day, so we can’t recognise you tomorrow. A visit is linked to you only if you join the list during it — that is how we know which link brought you.
None of this is used to profile you or make decisions about you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which links bring people here and where the page loses them (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time; turning off JavaScript stops all of it.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and stores the data. It acts only on our instructions, under its data processing terms, which include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EU and UK.
- For the launch email we’ll use an email delivery service that handles your address only to send that email. We’ll name it on this page before we use it.
No one else gets your data.
How long we keep it
- Your email: until we’ve sent the launch email and the founding codes. We delete the list within 90 days after that.
- Visit records: 12 months, then they’re deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, give you a copy, or delete it, and you can object to the visit statistics. Write to support@aurumdeepwork.com; we answer within a month. If you’re in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
We don’t sell or share personal information, in the sense the California Consumer Privacy Act gives those words.
Changes
If anything here changes, the date at the top changes with it.
